Come Home. St. John Lutheran.

Are you looking for a church home? A place where you can belong? A place to sink your roots in the good soil of faith? Are you intrigued with what you have experienced at St. John? Are you sorting out whether you’d like to grow deeper with others here? It’s easier than you may think.

Your first connection to St. John is to introduce yourself to the pastors. Meet the pastors on the weekend (before or after worship services) or throughout the week (in downtown Plymouth, WI). You’ll find that the pastors are easy to talk to and are examples of a disciple of Jesus Christ.

This class is designed for adults who want to explore the teachings of the Christian faith and membership at St. John Lutheran. Whether you are exploring Christianity for the first time or have been a long time believer, this class will assist you in your walk with the Lord.

These classes offer the opportunity to discuss the basics of the Christian faith and the Lutheran Church. You are encouraged to ask questions about Christianity and St. John, while building fellowship with others.

You can expect a relaxed and supportive setting, the opportunity to ask and receive answers to those questions of faith you always wanted to ask, get to know the pastors, and learn and enjoy the family of St. John.

St. John desires to be your family. At the end of the classes, if you feel comfortable calling St. John “home”, we invite you to join the congregation. There is no obligation to join just because you attend the classes.

Starting Point Classes are held four times a year (Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall Sessions). Contact the Church Office to learn about our upcoming class or to begin the transfer process (if you are a member of another Lutheran congregation).

Small Groups are an essential part of life here at St. John. We offer groups for men, women, single adults and couples. Each week, we gather into small communities to learn about God, pray, eat, laugh and live. Whether you are brand new to St. John or have been coming for years, a small group is a wonderful way to connect with others and grow in your relationship with God.
